About

“He had to make sure he wore it regularly so it didn’t wind down, but once he got used to this, he found that he had a great fondness for the watch. He enjoyed the weight and heft of it, the faint mechanical whir it made. He found himself checking the time more often than before, and each time he did, his father’s shadow passed, faintly, through his mind.”
Haruki Murakami - Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage

D-Timepieces is one enthusiast's curation. Singapore-based.

I used to trawl local forums and marketplaces, as everyone did, and found the joy of the pursuit as fulfilling as the purchase. I hope to share this unadulterated joy with you. Though this started as a hobby that became a small business, I still prefer to buy what I like as I believe the passion will resonate. Like life, our collection and our preferences tend to be fluid, as does mine. I'm the curator of my own shop and fundamentally a watch enthusiast who's hoping to meet fellow like-minded individuals along the way.
