This is the Rolex Day-Date 18039 co-stamped Tiffany & Co. Within the Rolex line, the Day-Date is often the model that is associated with the highest level of luxury. Introduced in 1956, it was the first timepiece to display both the day and the date on the dial. Traditionally associated with prestige, the Day-Date line was produced almost solely in precious metals (except in steel prototypes) with an option of a smooth or fluted bezel.

The reference 18039 was the successor of what is widely known as the most popular vintage Day-Date reference, the 1803.
