This is the Cartier Faberge reference 7810. The Faberge was introduced in 1973 alongside eleven other gold models with the launch of the Louis Cartier collection. The design of the Faberge, like their other models, represent Cartier’s emphasis on design and simplicity. There’s nothing fancy about the Cartier Tonneau; it is a timepiece that is subtly splendid. The watch case is yellow gold paired with the signature sapphire carbochrom crystal crown and the movement is a manual wind 2512.
