Rolex Day-Date 1803 Buckley White Gold

US$0.00
SOLD

Description

This is the Rolex Day-Date 1803 Buckley. Within the Rolex line, the Day-Date is often the model that is associated with the highest level of prestige. Introduced in 1956, it was the first timepiece to display both the day and the date on the dial. As a kicker, this one has a unique Buckley dial. This dial variant has painted rather than printed indices and the ones in good condition are relatively scarce in supply. Vintage Day-Dates have recently increased drastically in demand with the understanding that condition and rarity is key. Furthermore, the case material is white gold, which is relatively rare in comparison to their yellow gold counterparts.

Condition

This Rolex 1803 is in good vintage condition. The case appears to have been lightly in the past but the lugs are still nice and even. The case is still in good overall condition. There are some hairlines on the caseback from prior wear. The dial and crystal are clean.
